The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but a nonbinding online catalogue. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and 

correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the steps provided for this 

purpose in the ordering process and use the explained correction aids. By clicking the order button, you 

place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the receipt of your 

order is sent by e-mail immediately after sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the 

contract. We can accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or by 

delivering the goods within 10 - 14 working days. 

A binding contract can also be formed beforehand as follows: 

If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the 

payment instruction to PayPal. 

If you have chosen the SOFORT transfer payment method, the contract is concluded when the payment 

order to SOFORT GmbH is confirmed. 

The available language for the conclusion of the contract is German. 

We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by email. You can 

also view and download the General Terms and Conditions here on this website at any time. You can look at 

your past orders in our customer login. 

3. Terms of Delivery 

Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the amount of shipping 

costs in the offers. 

4. Payment 

The following payment methods are available in our online shop: 

Payment in advance (bank transfer) 

If you choose the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation 

and deliver the goods after we received the payment.

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be registered there or register first, 

identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information 

during the ordering process. 

SOFORT bank transfer 

We also offer SOFORT Banking. With this we receive the transfer credit immediately. This accelerates the 

entire order process. All you need is the account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Using the secure 

payment form from SOFORT GmbH, which is not accessible to retailers, SOFORT transfer automatically 

and in real time places a transfer in your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred 

immediately and directly to the retailer's bank account. If you choose the SOFORT transfer payment 

method, a pre-filled form opens at the end of the ordering process. This already contains our bank account. 

In addition, the transfer amount and purpose are already displayed in the form. You now have to select the 

country where you have your online banking account and enter the bank code. Then enter the same data as 

when registering for online banking (account number and PIN). Confirm your order by entering the TAN. 

Right after you receive confirmation of receipt. In principle, every Internet user can use SOFORT as a 

payment method if they have an activated online banking account with a PIN/TAN procedure. Please note 

that SOFORT is not yet available at a few banks. You can find more information about whether your bank 

supports this service or not on the SOFORT GmbH website. 

5. Retention of Ownership 

The goods remain our property until full payment. 

6. Damage in transit 

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as 

possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your 

legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to 

assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance. 

7. Refinement of delivered textiles 

We expressly point out that we are not liable for the durability and appearance of the imprint or the 

resistance of the delivered textile during and after the finishing. The print quality and wash resistance 

depends on the textile supplied by the customer and its surface, as well as on the composition of the fabrics. 

The effects of heat and pressure during finishing can cause discoloration of the textile due to chemical 

residues, sweat or similar impurities. We assume no responsibility or liability for such discolouration or 


8. Cancellation policy

If you are a consumer, i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.

The regulations that are set out in detail below apply to the right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons .

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods or the last goods or the last partial shipment or the last item.

inform you of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached sample cancellation form although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will have to pay you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from you choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have) to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract

to return or hand over. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

You bear the direct regular costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.


The right of withdrawal does not apply to distance selling contracts 

(a) for the delivery of goods that have been manufactured to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature or that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be exceeded,

(b) to deliver audio or video recordings or software, provided you have unsealed the data carriers delivered.

9. Warranty and Guarantees 

Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory right to liability for defects shall apply. 

In the case of used items, the limitation period for claims for defects is one year from delivery of the goods. 

The above restrictions and shortening of deadlines do not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, 

our legal representatives or vicarious agents 

in the event of injury to life, limb or health 

in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty or fraudulent intent 

in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the 

proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely 

(cardinal obligations) 

as part of a guarantee promise, if agreed 

as far as the area of application of the Product Liability Act is open.

10. Online Dispute Resolution 

Online dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 Para. 1 ODR-VO: The European Commission provides 

a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find on the website of the European 

Commission in the consumer area. 

11. Information obligation according to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (§ 36 VSBG) 

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer 

arbitration board.
